She is an author, coach, speaker on gentle parenting, thriving in marital relationships, and how to live a healthy lifestyle — all with practical and biblical truth!  Her most cherished moments are when she is reading and praying in her  hammock, sipping sparkling water, while talking on the phone with a close friend, or spending long slow days at the beach with her family to rest and rejuvenate. Her  passion is writing and coaching. She has said, “If God can use my journey to bless and encourage others, then I’ll feel like I’m fulfilling my purpose.”
