One form of prayer we discussed in the Jesus is the main gift challenge is listening prayer. It's a New year and the day I'm recording this : Epiphany. Let's set our heart, mind and body on the truth that God has big, abundant plans for you for a future of hope and peace.
Our Breath prayer is based on the verse: Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
For 3 minutes we will…INHALE: The Lord has good plans for me
EXHALE: Peace and Well-being are mine.
