After burning out in bedside nursing, I realized I couldn't pour from an empty cup. Dr Lorena focuses on identifying the root of the health concerns and applying natural solutions so the body can heal itself and regain balance and vitality.

You know that story you have written in your head?
The one that's much worse than reality? Or it's the same negative things about yourself that are always there, it's a negative soundtrack on repeat. Or maybe it’s the story that spirals so fast into the future and you are left all alone without kids or family, just alone. 😫Or you even get on the topic of eternity….like foreveeerrr!! And you paint this story that it is much worse than this present life
( ps. Heaven is better than Earth 😉)
I could go on and on….you know the stories….you know that they can lead you right into ANXIETY.
